Here is a list of 5 quick-fixes for transforming your bedroom into a personal resting place:

• Reduction. Take away anything, which will promote stress or a bad conscience. Your bedroom doesn’t have to look like a monastery cell, but removing stacks of laundry on a chair or unpaid bills on a tiny desk will work wonders.
